We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join Enabled Living Healthcare Ltd as our HR Lead during a period of growth and transformation.
About the role
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to managers delivering high-quality in-house HR support across employee relations, workforce change, and people strategy. You’ll play a key part in developing our internal HR function, supporting managers, shaping policies, and driving initiatives that improve staff wellbeing, retention, and organisational performance.
The post is 36 hours a week Monday to Friday. Open to 4 days a week pro-rata.
