We're looking for a

Bookings Officer to join the friendly Customer Service Team at Enabled Living.

In this varied role, you'll coordinate equipment deliveries, collections, repairs and servicing that help residents live safely and independently at home.

What you'll do

  • Schedule and manage equipment deliveries, collections and repairs
  • Be a key point of contact for residents, carers and healthcare professionals
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics and clinical teams to keep services running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email and online
