Enabled Living is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to help us deliver high‑quality community equipment services that support residents across North East London to live independently. About the role
In this role, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring community equipment and healthcare consumables are safely stored, effectively managed, and ready for timely delivery. You’ll oversee stock control, decontamination, quality assurance, warehouse layout, and safe working practices, while working closely with logistics, customer service and other service teams.
You’ll manage and develop a small team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity targets are met, processes run smoothly, and high standards of safety and compliance are maintained. We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to drive improvements, embrace change, and support a positive, high‑performing culture. This is a hands‑on role in a growing organisation where your ideas and leadership will genuinely shape the service.
