We’re hiring a Growth Marketer / Demand Generation specialist to build, own, and scale our demand engine. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who treats growth like a science: forming hypotheses, running structured experiments, analysing results, and iterating on what works.
Your core mission is to drive qualified traffic, trial signups, activation, and conversion across self-serve and sales-assisted funnels, with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and scalable customer journeys. You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape go-to-market activities and will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Content to turn demand into revenue.
You’ll succeed in this role by combining analytical rigour with strong judgement, collaboration, and an understanding of how customers actually buy. Ideal candidates will have experience marketing a Shopify app. You’ll understand how Shopify App Store ads work, how to drive installs, and how to convert trial users into paying customers. You’re as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are writing ad copy, and you get excited about A/B tests and conversion experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the demand generation engine to drive inbound trial signups and paid conversions
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition across Shopify App Store Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
- Own the experimentation roadmap across ads, landing pages, onboarding flows, audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion rate optimisation
- Own lead capture, lifecycle management, and nurture across CRM, newsletters, automated journeys, and trial-to-paid conversion flows
- Write, test, and optimise lifecycle and drip campaigns that move prospects through the funnel
- Own and evolve the marketing technology stack (HubSpot / CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution), implementing scalable workflows and reporting
- Manage and enrich high-quality prospect datasets across customers, partners, and strategic contacts
- Stay up to date on marketing, analytics, and AI tools, testing and adopting new approaches with clear ROI hypotheses
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Content, and Customer Success to support enterprise, partner-led, and self-serve growth
- Track and report on performance (CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS) to inform prioritisation and iteration
You’ll be a great fit with
- 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation for B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns
- Experience driving self-serve or PLG-style funnels
- Hands-on experience owning outbound and lifecycle programs, including high-volume drip campaigns, LinkedIn-based outreach, and direct support of SDR-led motions
- Comfortable owning CRM, lifecycle journeys, and performance reporting
- Strong familiarity with modern marketing technology and automation tools, with the ability to evaluate, implement, and optimise new tools (including AI-driven solutions) to drive results
- Strong analytical mindset: hypotheses, testing, iteration
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Additional nice to haves
- Experience in growth marketing for a Shopify app
- Hands-on skills with Photoshop, Canva, and other visual tools, including AI content creation tools
- Analytical, STEM or quantitative background
- Experience with CRO tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with accessibility or compliance-driven markets
Benefits
- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive
- Competitive pension scheme
- Private medical insurance
- Flexible working arrangements within a hybrid setup
- Direct access to the CEO and leadership team
- Opportunity to work on a mission-driven product with real-world impact
- A small, collaborative team where accessibility and quality genuinely matter
