Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals and deliver positive person centred outcomes for people with complex support needs who rely on our services? You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Where you’ll be working: Central Worthing, Rectory Road supports 3 individuals with multiple disabilities. Offering supported living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities. We are looking for Support Workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • At least 12 months of experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • UK Valid Driver's License with access to own car

  • Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

  • Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
  • Recording - keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
  • Team player – Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
