Are you ready to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
About the people you’ll be supporting: You’ll support three female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home-based activities. Your role will be to help them live safe, happy, and meaningful lives, whilst ensuring their care is consistent, person-centred, and of the highest quality.
Where you’ll be working: Semington Trowbridge. This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- Full UK Drivers licence
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards Level 3
