Enable is seeking a proactive leader to oversee a team of Personal Assistants across North Lanarkshire. You will lead, motivate and support staff, conduct supervisions and reviews, assist with inductions and ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
You will manage rosters, maintain confidential records, participate in assessments and risk planning, and respond to safeguarding concerns. The role requires flexibility, on-call participation and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
