Agincare in Shaftesbury, Dorset is seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team. You’ll support two adults with autism and learning disabilities to live safely and happily in their own home and in the community, delivering 2:1 support from a small, consistent team.
The role focuses on building confidence, encouraging participation in activities, and following detailed support plans and communication strategies.
