A Day in the Life of Our Registered Manager
As Registered Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across services in London and the South East. You’ll champion best practice, ensure compliance, and drive high standards across all locations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Outstanding Care: Ensuring individuals receive personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, and inclusion, with care plans that reflect their evolving needs.
- Driving Quality & Compliance: Overseeing CQC registration and ensuring all services meet regulatory requirements, maintaining safe, effective, and well-led services.
- Leading & Developing Teams: Managing Deputy Managers and supporting wider teams through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance development.
- Ensuring Accountability: Managing safeguarding, incidents, and complaints, while working closely with the Locality Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.
- Strong experience within Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services, particularly within the Learning Disability sector.
- Sound knowledge of the adult social care sector and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple services and teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
- A minimum of 12 months remaining on your Right to work in the UK.
