About The Role
Location: Mauchline, East Ayrshire
Hours per week: 22.5
Shift pattern: 7am – 10:30pm, 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 10:30pm
Salary: £13.45 per hour
- Assist Chris with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support
- Support Chris to achieve personal goals and outcomes
- Manage shopping and errands, ensuring Chris has all essentials
- Support Chris with transportation using his own car
- Ensure Chris’s safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met at all times
About You
We look for someone who shares a passion for supporting an individual with learning disabilities and can bring dedication, empathy, and commitment to the role. Prior experience in care is not required; we value your values and transferrable skills.
Entry conditions: you will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within three months of start date. The cost of a pre‑employment verification check (PVG) will be paid by the organisation and deducted from your wage if you are successfully appointed.
