Enable is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator in South Lanarkshire to lead a team of Personal Assistants under the supervision of the Service Manager. You will ensure safe, person-centred support and contribute to service delivery, rostering and staff development.
The role requires a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to promoting independence, dignity and inclusion for adults with complex support needs.
