About Enable

Enable is a turnkey design, construct, and commission business operating across the HV power, renewable energy, rail, and infrastructure sectors. We work closely with our customers to deliver complex, safety-critical projects, often acting as a long-term delivery partner rather than a one-off supplier. As the business grows, strengthening how we manage, nurture, and expand relationships with both existing and new customers is a strategic priority. The Relationship Manager role is central to this ambition.

Role Purpose

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships from early concept and opportunity identification, through bid and contract award, and into project delivery. Working across a mix of framework agreements and one-off project customers, the role ensures continuity, trust, and clarity for customers throughout the full lifecycle of Enable’s turnkey design, construct, and commission services. The Relationship Manager acts as the consistent customer-facing point of contact, bridging commercial, technical, and delivery teams to ensure a joined-up customer experience and to support repeat and long-term work.
