You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Where you’ll be working:

Services in Bourne, Lincolnshire. We have a number of services in Lincolnshire, the charming market town of Bourne. We have unique services within Lincolnshire offering supporting living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.

We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

What is required from you:

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work. We have bank roles available across our services.
