Enable is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator at Arden Project, Glasgow. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Glasgow with a 39-hour week. A driving licence is not required and pay is £30,900 per year.
You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and manage rostering, risk assessments and service improvements. You will travel between services in Glasgow and participate in an on-call rota as needed.
