Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator in Glasgow to lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for the people we support.
You will conduct regular supervisions and performance reviews, manage rosters and records, and collaborate with families and external professionals. You will also participate in on-call rotations across Glasgow and hold a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
