The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities or other support needs to achieve their goals and maintain wellbeing. Responsibilities may include personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support, while helping individuals expand social networks and community connections. The role supports a person named Rosie who enjoys activities such as dancing, music, outdoor time, arts and crafts, baking, and social activities. You will work to help Rosie live her best life and participate in meaningful activities.
