Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support as required by the person supported
- Assist with moving and handling as appropriate
- Support with positive behavioural approaches
- Support the person to maintain social networks and participate in activities
- Help create a bespoke team around the individual to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met
- Support Colin to live his best life and participate in everyday activities
