Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social support in everyday activities.
- Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
- Help maintain Sam’s independence and safety in daily life.
- Expand Sam’s social networks and connections.
Qualifications
- Commitment, dedication, and a genuine desire to support an independent person.
- No prior care experience required – we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
