Administrator – 35 hours a week – Edinburgh
About the Role
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to service teams, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of operational processes.
Working closely with the Regional Administration Manager, Service Managers and Team Facilitators, you will support a range of functions that are critical to maintaining high‑quality services for the people we support.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional and service teams to provide administrative support.
- Maintain daily operational processes and support functions for high‑quality services.
- Manage staff operational processes such as absenteeism, training and record keeping.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to organisational policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in using a variety of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Proficient keyboard skills and working knowledge of rota systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organisational skills.
- Proven experience working in administration with a sound understanding of the support requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable and proficient in working under pressure, multitasking to tight deadlines and managing time‑line priorities efficiently.
- Attention to detail, with oversight of key staff operational processes.
- Experience managing confidential information sensitively and professionally.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
