Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator to join the North East Services team, based in Dundee. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, deliver person-centred support and supervise performance, rostering and safeguarding across services.
You will collaborate with the Service Manager, manage on-call duties, ensure high-quality care, maintain GDPR compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.
