Are you ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire service based in Devizes, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

About the people you'll be supporting:

We support up to 38 people living across 7 bungalows in the heart of Wiltshire, just outside the market town of Devizes. This is a unique service within Wiltshire offering supported living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community. We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

Where you'll be working: DEVIZES

This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.

What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards level 3
