About The Role
Personal Assistant for Jack in Auchinleck, East Ayrshire – Full time contract available; 35 hours per week. Shift pattern: 7am – 9pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal care and support to Jack, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and independence.
- Assist with mobility, movement and handling, and positive behavioural support.
- Coordinate daily routines, including walks, shopping trips, and leisure activities.
- Help build and expand Jim’s social networks and connections.
- Work collaboratively with the Enable team to ensure individual goals and outcomes are met.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and a flexible, supportive attitude.
