Enable in the Highlands is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead and support a team of Personal Assistants delivering safe, person-centered support.
You will supervise, conduct supervisions, assist with induction, manage rosters, participate in assessments and reviews, and travel across Highlands - Lochaber and Kinlochleven as required. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
