About the role: We’re looking for Practitioner Psychologists to join our Enable Inclusion Team at Enable Trust. This is a chance to step into a role where you can see the difference your work makes. You’ll be supporting children and young people at risk of exclusion or with anxiety that makes school attendance difficult, and working alongside families and schools to help them re‑engage and thrive. This role is all about collaboration, creativity and finding practical ways to help young people in their everyday environments.
What the role involves:
- Direct work with children and young people using therapeutic and coaching approaches
- Supporting parents and carers, including ACT‑based approaches
- Working closely with schools to develop realistic, inclusive strategies
- Providing training, consultation and support to staff teams
- Contributing to assessment, formulation and risk planning
What we’re looking for:
- HCPC registered (or equivalent) Psychologist
- Experience working with children and young people
- Someone who works well with others and enjoys thinking systemically
- An interest in ACT, DNA‑V and trauma‑informed approaches
