With over 150 projects delivered across industries like finance, supply chain, aviation, and healthcare, this team is behind some of the most forward-thinking work in Web3 – including the world’s first programmable privacy platform used across public blockchain networks.
They’re now looking for a high-performing Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Web3 software builds using AI tools and agile methodologies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead multiple agile software projects from discovery through deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore + offshore)
- Work directly with both startups and enterprises to scope, plan, and deliver value
- Use AI tools to enhance documentation, testing, and delivery
- Run sprints, retros, Kanban boards and manage QA workflows
- Communicate milestones, blockers, and outcomes to stakeholders
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in project management (Agile/Scrum) in a tech consulting or startup/scale-up setting
- Strong experience working with external clients (enterprise + high-growth businesses)
- Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Bolt, Cursor etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, etc.
- Comfort leading technical projects in a multi-team environment
- Strong grasp of delivery frameworks, risk mitigation and budget oversight
