With over 150 projects delivered across industries like finance, supply chain, aviation, and healthcare, this team is behind some of the most forward-thinking work in Web3 – including the world’s first programmable privacy platform used across public blockchain networks. They’re now looking for a high-performing Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Web3 software builds using AI tools and agile methodologies. What you’ll be doing: Lead multiple agile software projects from discovery through deployment Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore offshore) Work directly with both startups and enterprises to scope, plan, and deliver value Use AI tools to enhance documentation, testing, and delivery Run sprints, retros, Kanban boards and manage QA workflows Communicate milestones, blockers, and outcomes to stakeholders ✅ What we’re looking for: 5 years in project management (Agile/Scrum) in a tech consulting or startup/scale-up setting Strong experience working with external clients (enterprise high-growth businesses) Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Bolt, Cursor etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proficiency with JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, etc. Comfort leading technical projects in a multi-team environment Strong grasp of delivery frameworks, risk mitigation and budget oversight Interest in blockchain, Web3, or decentralised technologies Bonus if you have: Smart contract or JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) experience Experience with tools like Swagger, Postman, Lucidchart or Miro Background in highly regulated industries Familiarity with BDD, TDD, CI or test automation tools Benefits include: €1,000 annual training budget (50% usable for home office equipment) 5 paid training days Stock option plan performance-based annual bonus Equipment onboarding kit Quarterly team events Birthday off generous referral scheme Sound like your kind of role?
