A fast-growing SaaS business is looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to help build and scale the systems, automation, and data foundations behind its revenue operation. This is not a standard Salesforce admin role. This is for someone who wants to own the core GTM systems stack, shape how revenue data flows across the business, and play a major part in building smarter automation and AI-led workflows.

The business has grown through acquisition and is now at a key stage where it needs someone who can bring structure, clean data, stronger processes, and better system design across the commercial function. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and sit at the centre of revenue operations, owning the evolution of Salesforce while helping the business move towards a stronger CPQ setup, cleaner contract and subscription data, and better integrations across the wider tech stack.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and improving the Salesforce environment
  • Helping build out CPQ capability and supporting quote-to-cash processes
  • Creating workflows, automations and system improvements across the GTM function
  • Supporting integrations between Salesforce and other core tools
  • Improving data quality, reporting structure and overall system integrity
  • Helping the business leverage AI and automation in a practical, production-focused way
  • Working closely with stakeholders across RevOps, IT, Marketing and Finance

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong Salesforce experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Experience with CPQ or quote-to-cash processes
  • Confident with workflows, automation and integrations
  • Strong data mindset - someone who cares about clean architecture and system accuracy
  • Comfortable operating independently and bringing ideas, not waiting for instructions
  • Advanced Excel / bulk upload / data cleansing capability
  • Ideally experience with tools such as n8n, Make, APIs, NetSuite integrations, or AI workflow tools

Why this role stands out:

  • High ownership role with real scope to shape the function
  • Opportunity to build, not maintain
  • Direct access to senior stakeholders
  • Chance to work on AI and automation in a business that actually wants to implement it properly
  • Big opportunity to make a visible impact in a scaling SaaS environment

Package: Up to £80,000 Hybrid working - Bristol If you like the idea of taking a business from “systems in progress” to a properly joined-up GTM engine, this could be a very strong move!
