Your role as a Personal Assistant (Support Worker) involves supporting people with various support needs to achieve their goals and outcomes. Each person we support has different needs, so you may assist with personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding social networks and connections. You will cover a range of shift patterns, including some evening and weekend work. Full training will be provided for those who require moving and handling. Experience in care is not required; we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
