Enable Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to lead a small team of Personal Assistants in Ayrshire. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure safe, person-centred support and deliver high-quality services across east Ayrshire.
This role is 39 hours per week with on-call duties and requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. The salary is £30,900 plus additional on-call payments, with opportunities to develop through Enable's learning programme.
