Your role as a Personal Assistant (Support Worker) involves supporting people with various support needs to achieve their goals and outcomes. Each person we support has different needs, so you may assist with:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Administering medication
- Moving and handling
- Positive behavioural support
- Expanding social networks and connections
You will cover a range of shift patterns, including some evening and weekend work. Full training will be provided for those who require moving and handling. Experience in care is not required; we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
