This is a varied and rewarding role, providing leadership and oversight across a range of services and supporting teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities. \n You'll be responsible for creating a positive culture, developing and supporting your teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the people we support experience excellent outcomes.
