Cherrywood, Elderslie Sessional Personal Assistant – £13.45 per hour. Cherrywood is a 9‑bedded service in the Elderslie area of Paisley. We support individuals with profound needs and autism, living together in two bungalows. Training will be provided; experience is not required. Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to individuals with profound needs and autism. Assist with moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding social networks. Collaborate with the team to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspiration of people. Follow individual support plans to help achieve goals and celebrate successes. Engage in activities such as sewing, baking, tea, horse riding, swimming, hill‑walking, or other interests. Qualifications Good listener with compassion. Ability to adapt communication style to support people with learning disabilities. Commitment to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, flexible outlook towards work.
