No two days are the same, but your role will involve supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes—whatever they may be!
Support needs vary, so your duties may include personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, while also helping expand social networks and connections. Enable builds a bespoke team around each individual, working collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.
