Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity? Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!

Each person we support has different support requirements, so your support worker role may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections. Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

Lets introduce you to Stuart; Stuart is looking for a dedicated staff member to support him to live his best life within his own home. Stuart enjoys spending his time going out for drives in his car to go to the seafront and the countryside. Stuart also likes watching action and cowboy films and will often go to the cinema to see new films. Stuart is looking for someone who is keen to play dominos and will still be happy when they lose! Stuart needs a dedicated staff team who know him and are committed to supporting him with his day-to-day routine. Stuart receives support 7 days a week from 7.45am to 10.45pm.
