A career with Enable is as rewarding as it is diverse. Personal Assistants at their best have the potential to truly bring out the best in the people we support. The people we support all have varying needs and are looking for new Personal Assistants to help them with some of their day-to-day needs such as personal care, meal preparation, and administering medication. You may be supporting someone who requires moving and handling, and full training will be required. This is a varied role, and we are specifically looking for new staff to take on shifts to cover evenings (4pm – 9.30pm) and weekends (7am – 9.30pm). Sadly, it’s not always possible for the people we support to manage what many people would consider daily tasks without proper, dedicated support.
