About The Role
Arden Project, Glasgow
24 hours per week
Various shift patterns; 8.30-2.30pm/12-6pm/9.30-3.30pm includes overnight support
£13.45 hourly rate

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!
Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections. Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

B loves nothing more than watching Only Fools & Horses having a good laugh with staff reminiscing about the past. B takes pride in her flat and staff support her with daily household tasks. B needs support to manage her finances, medications and attend appointments and enjoys popping for a coffee when out. Her family are important to her and she will talk you through all the photos she has on her walls when you visit her flat. B wishes the staff to encourage and support her to be as independent as she can be. That is why B needs you! Will you bring your best so that B can live her best life?
