No two days are the same, but what we guarantee is that you will be supporting someone to achieve their goals and outcomes—whatever they may be!

Each person we support has different needs, so your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, while helping expand their social networks and connections. Enable creates a bespoke team around each individual, and our Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.

The people we support have diverse interests, hobbies, and dreams. They often lack opportunities to experience these. Whether you enjoy sewing, baking, having a cup of tea and chat, horse riding, swimming, or hill-walking, we want to hear from you!

A career with Enable is rewarding and diverse. When at their best, Personal Assistants can truly bring out the best in the people they support. If you share these interests and have the commitment, dedication, and desire to support individuals to enjoy life and become inclusive members of society, please apply now!
