About the Role
Lanark – 16 hours per week, diverse shifts throughout the week. Hourly rate £13.45. Personal Assistants (Support Workers) are pivotal in making a daily positive impact on individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs in two small care homes (5 beds and 4 beds).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, moving and handling assistance, and positive behavioural support tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Help clients develop skills for choice and independence, supporting them to live life to the fullest.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain a calm, safe and responsive environment.
- Help expand clients’ social networks and connections.
