Job Summary: Personal Assistant (Support Worker) at Enable, based in Elgin, supporting individuals such as an independent young man named Craig.
Schedule and Pay:
- 35 hours and 20 hours
- Shift options: 7.30am & 3pm-10pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist Craig (and other supported people) with daily routines to enable them to live their best life.
- Provide personal care, support with moving and handling, and positive behavioural support as required.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities such as trips, cinema visits, beach walks, swimming, bus trips, and cooking.
- Maintain safety, wellbeing, and aspiration of the supported persons by working collaboratively with the team.
- Provide support 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm.
