Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play the most important role in enabling people with support needs to achieve their goals and outcomes. They assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support while expanding social networks and connections. They work as part of a bespoke team around each individual, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.
We are looking for motivated and driven individuals who share our values and have a commitment to supporting people with complex needs. Experience in care is not required – we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
