Various shift patterns are available for Personal Assistants, who play a crucial role in making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but you will be assisting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Your role may include:

A career with Enable is rewarding and diverse. You will be working as part of a team in Largs, supporting adults with a range of support needs in their new homes. Some individuals will require essential support in maintaining their home, while others will need assistance with accessing the local and wider community.
Staff are on site 24 hours per day to provide support when required, and there are a variety of shifts available. Training will be provided as needed.
Some residents enjoy social activities such as weekly visits to the disco, bowling, swim clubs, and going to the local pub to watch football or play pool. Others prefer spending time at home watching movies, chatting, or doing their weekly shopping with staff. All residents have different capabilities and needs, and all staff will receive training and support.
