Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Your role will involve assisting individuals with personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and helping to expand their social networks.
Each person we support has different requirements, so your responsibilities may include providing personal care, moving and handling, and behavioural support while working as part of a collaborative team to meet the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of each individual.
