About the Role

Based across Kilmarnock & Largs offices. 16 hours per week, shift pattern 9am - 5.30pm. This is a challenging and demanding role within our support services. The Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to members of the service staff, coordinating and supporting day-to-day administrative functions essential to the success of the support we provide. The role works closely with the Regional Business Partner and Service Managers to support service administration requirements and logistical functions of individual services, such as rota development, database administration, and local and organisational processes.
