Hours: 35 hours per week

Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with additional support requirements, and we are looking for a motivated Junior BI Developer (Power BI) to join our Digital Team. The Digital Team supports Enable across three key areas: Infrastructure and Data, Change, and Service Desk.

This role will sit within the Infrastructure and Data area, helping to build Enable's data and reporting capability across the organisation. This is a development opportunity for someone with a strong interest in data, reporting and Power BI who wishes to build a career in data engineering.

Initially, the role will focus on developing, maintaining and modernising Power BI reports and dashboards, improving legacy reports, and supporting the delivery of our reporting backlog. The post holder will help prepare, cleanse, structure and document data so that managers and operational teams can access reliable information in a clear and consistent format.

The role is not about making business decisions on behalf of managers, but about ensuring the data and reporting outputs are accurate, understandable and fit for purpose. Over time, the successful candidate will gain exposure to Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory.
