Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role at Enable, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes. Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support as well as expanding their social networks.

Responsibilities
