Enable’s Personal Assistants play a vital role in supporting the people we care for. Each day is different, but you will help an individual achieve their goals and outcomes, providing care, support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
- Expand clients’ social networks and connections by encouraging participation in activities.
- Work as part of a dedicated team to safeguard the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of clients.
