Position: Driver (Automatic Licenced) – Sessional Contract

Shift Pattern: Between 10 AM to 3 PM (next day).

Responsibilities

  • Support Ben with personal tasks within his home.
  • Assist with maintaining Ben’s house and garden.
  • Accompany Ben for walks in the countryside and other leisure activities.
  • Provide positive behavioural support, using visual aids as Ben is non‑verbal.
  • Maintain a calm and supportive environment, recognising the importance of structure and routine for individuals with autism.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Understanding of autism or related conditions.
  • Good sense of humour and willingness to share activities with Ben.
  • Basic care skills; prior experience in care not required.
  • Availability to work the stated shift pattern and sessional contracts.
