ENABLE Scotland is recruiting a Temporary Team Facilitator for the Stravaig Project in Glasgow. The role leads a frontline team to support young people aged 16 to 25 in emergency accommodation, typically for 12 weeks per stay, focusing on stabilisation and preparing for independent living. You will work in Partick, Glasgow, delivering person-centred planning, risk assessment, and robust service design while ensuring high-quality, compassionate support for residents and collaboration.
