No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!
Each person we support has different support requirements, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.
Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

Jamie loves being active and keeping busy in his home and out and about in the community. A typical day could be going for a drive in the countryside, going to the local pool and jumping on the trampoline in the garden. Jamie's staff team usually work 08:00 - 17:00, 17:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 08:00 overnight, sometimes with two staff on when Jamie is out in the community. Jamie likes to have a creative team who can meet his energy levels.
