Enable Scotland is seeking a Team Facilitator in East Kilbride to lead and inspire a team of Personal Assistants within our North Lanarkshire service. You will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver safe, person-centred support and to drive improvements across rostering, governance and service delivery.
The role requires strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with on-call flexibility. A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
